Solar energy can be a fantastic financial and environmental investment for your business. The decision to use solar energy can have a significant impact on your business’s bottom line, whether it is small, medium or large.

If today it is a competitive advantage, tomorrow it will be an economic necessity.

Benefits of solar energy for your business
Solar energy reduces costs

It’s a simple business equation: when you reduce overheads, profits increase. All businesses want to improve efficiency and increase profits.

Solar energy protects you from rising electricity tariffs

Although electricity prices may fluctuate slightly from year to year, they are almost certain to increase in the long term.

Solar systems are easy to maintain

Solar systems do not require regular maintenance. Regular rainfall does a good job in most cases.

Solar energy is a low-risk investment

Compared to other investments, solar energy is particularly low-risk, especially given the potential returns.

It's environmentally friendly, and people like it

Installing a solar system will have a real, measurable impact on the environment.

Types of solar power plants
Networking

They are not equipped with batteries, but they provide an opportunity to supply excess electricity to the grid. It can be sold under the “Green Tariff”, as well as under similar programmes such as Net-Metering or Net-Billing.

This type of plant can also be used to replace part of its own electricity consumption without feeding excess generation into the grid. This modification requires an additional meter compatible with the inverter equipment of the station

Autonomous

They are designed to generate electricity that will be fully consumed by the house.

At the same time, the excess energy is stored in batteries: it will be used to supply consumers when the SES cannot generate electricity (for example, at night).

Hybrid

They combine the advantages of the two previous types of systems. That is, universal hybrid solar power plants can work with both batteries and the grid.

In addition, the equipment can instantly switch between power sources (grid/batteries) to ensure uninterrupted power supply. SPPs can also operate according to individual settings, for example, to heat water at certain times of the day or to charge an electric vehicle using only solar energy.
